Aamir Khan Expands Mumbai Real Estate Portfolio with Rs 9 Crore Luxury Apartment
Mumbai, 28th June 2024: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has recently expanded his real estate holdings with the purchase of a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill area. The property, located in a high-end building, was acquired for over Rs 9 crore.
The new apartment spans approximately 1,027 square feet of carpet area and is ready for immediate occupancy. The transfer deed for the property, finalized on June 25, incurred a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
Situated in Bella Vista Apartments, known for its serene surroundings and lush landscapes, the property adds to Aamir Khan’s existing real estate portfolio in Pali Hill. Notably, both Bella Vista Apartments and Marina Apartments, where Aamir also owns units, are slated for redevelopment.
In addition to his Mumbai holdings, Aamir Khan owns a spacious 5,000-square-foot sea-facing home in Bandra, spread across two floors with minimalist interiors and ample space for hosting gatherings. He also owns a farmhouse in Panchgani purchased in 2013, spanning 2 acres and valued at Rs 7 crore. Apart from residential properties, Aamir Khan has significant investments in commercial real estate, including reportedly owning 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.
On the professional front, Aamir Khan’s recent film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ had a mixed reception at the box office, but his latest production ‘Laapata Ladies’ has garnered positive feedback. Currently, he is busy with his upcoming film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par,’ scheduled for release during Christmas this year.
